"This is not an apartment, this is a bedsit. Very disappointed with the accommodation. Booked it as a surprise for my friends 40th. Description reads double bed and twin beds. What we got was a double bed and a very nasty sofa bed. The room was dingy, nasty, crimey. It was in the basement with one very small window at the ceiling. The toilet/shower was absolutely disgusting. The crime, dirt, limescale was horrendous. We couldn’t even have a shower. My things were in the room for less than 12...
