" The location is perfect for me which is why I keep going there and many aspects of the hotel are good but the room service is poor. When they do it they do not clean or replace used glasses or coffee mugs and do not refresh the tea bags coffee sachets etc. This has been the case every time I've stayed. This hotel is in a terrific location to get to Borough Market, St.Pauls cathedral, Sky Garden, Horizon 22 and Tower Bridge just to name a few places. I would highly recommend this hotel."

It says on the sign 27 degrees but it was definitely not and a lot of people said the same whilst in there.
