"My family and I stayed spent 5 nights at this adorable place. The entire stay was easy and fabulous. The house is cozy and clean. The location was great for our 6 year old because it was 1 block from a nice park.Our only issue which was easily remedied was the air freshener that was plugged in was overwhelming and actually made me a bit ill the first day. We unplugged it and opened the door and problem solved. I suggest if you are sensitive to air fresheners to let Debbie know ahead of time....

"Crescent House is beautiful and was perfect for our stay. The large house gave everyone privacy yet felt cozy at the same time. It was nice gathering in the living room by the fire or watching a movie in the entertainment area. I look forward to going back during warmer weather so we can enjoy the lovely outdoor spaces more. "We lost internet access in spite of rebooting the router several times, and had to use my hotspot. I left 4 messages for the manager but finally got a response the night before we were leaving, after letting him know i was leaving a poor review. Received a msg the day of arrival that we needed to bring supplies, such as toilet paper, with us. Soap was out in the master bath and the shampoo, etc. they provided was obviously watered down. Extremely disappointed in our stay."

"First of all, we booked this property on 8/4. The owner stated they weren't aware. We were already at this location and had to leave because they double booked. We were rerouted to another property in the "hood". There was a shooting. Pubic hairs on the towels. A dangerous basement staircase, no lock on the door! It was too late for us to go anywhere else. There was only 1 bathroom for 5 people. I was given a $225 discount prior to arriving to the new location. I would have turned it down if i...
