Arlene made the entire process from reservation to check out super easy. She is very responsive and answered all of my questions! The home is very well stocked and was extremely clean. "The house was as clean as it can get. The property management company always answered the phone even when we called after hours to see if the washing machine worked to wash clothes and it was like 8:30 at night. My wife and I will stay here again and give the management company 5 stars! Oceana rentals is on top of there game and making sure we were taken care of the entire time!"

"The house was comfortable and pretty clean. Access to the Mayan was a great bonus. There was an issue at check-in. I asked about early check- in and was told it would be $40.00. I said that was great but asked if it was guaranteed early check-in as we didn’t want to drive all that way and then have nowhere to go if the unit wasn’t ready. We were told yes it was guaranteed. "This beautiful beach home was perfect for our large family group! We also rented the property next door and casitas on the property. The beach is beautiful, we loved gathering shells & watching the tide, on a virtually private beach. "We stayed at this property and tried to communicate with the property management several times with no response. The room was in poor condition. The door appeared to be kicked in tiles were missing. There was broken glass in the room when we checked in. Was definitely not worth the money that we paid as it was equivalent to a Holiday Inn in America."
