"We didn’t get check in to our hotel it was burnt down I best get my money credit it to me on my card this is awful not a good experience with this hotel.com need better communication letting someone know there hotel is burnt down."

"First day front desk staff was significantly more friendly than end of our stay staff. The breakfast was good, way better than most hotels, and the staff that supported that we great. They do need do not disturb signs as they started knocking at 9:30 for a total of three times by 11. I understand they want to get at their job as quick as they can but there were no do not disturb signs and checkout was noon "
