"The manager went out of her way during a very frustrating trip (weather cancellations) and made us feel very welcome and made sure we had everything we needed including food and transportation. She was short staffed due to the storm and she stepped up and drove the shuttle to make sure everybody made it to and from the airport. "

"This is a great property for long layover requiring an overnight. Shuttle to and from airport, Rooms are large, clean and appropriately appointed. Beds and pillows are very comfortable. All of the staff from shuttle driver, front desk, dining staff and manager are very kind and hospitable. We would stay here again when passing through Dallas. "
