Conveniently located downtown, 5-10 minute walk to endless dining options. Front desk personnel were personable and provided insight to downtown restaurants. My reservation happened to be during the most busiest time of the year .... Cheer Week! Aside from the excitement from the girls and their little siblings, the hotel was still pleasantly quiet.

For a brand new hotel, I was underwhelmed with the amenities and layout. I had issues with the temperature of my room and if you are one of the furthest rooms from the elevator on that floor it takes quite some time just to get in and out of the hotel.

The climate control didn’t work upon arrival. The tv wasn’t working either which as minor, but we went back me forth with the lobby and maintenance with no success getting it to work. The room was 80° majority of the stay. I asked if they had portable units for air conditioning and they advised me they do not. This location is in north Texas. It’s hot. Why is there no solutions for when climate controls go out??

Overall, the property was pleasant to stay in. The bed was fairly comfortable, and the room was quiet. This was surprising as we stayed on New Year's Eve, and the location was just a few blocks away from the firework festivities plus there was a party going on at the rooftop bar. The food service at the restaurant left something to be desired, but it was appreciated.

Great property in a great part of town. Opened a couple months ago and the staff is on a learning curve, which is not surprising. The “ Annex” rooftop bar is awesome but was understaffed when we visited so couldn’t get service. Will definitely give it another shot….
