"Not a bad stay. Probably wouldn’t come back to this house though. A.C. was apparently controlled by the home owner. We would set it, then it would change. Home internet was spotty worked a little then frozen up. Can’t use there garage. Home owner failed to tell me before checking in. There’s another house by the home owners pool. Kinda weird, unless you don’t mind someone else using the pool at their house. "

"This house was so cute!! Spacious and clean. The location of the house was really good and close to grocery, bars, restaurants, etc. Caroline was so helpful and nice! I would definitely recommend and stay here again. If I pick on something driveway needs work but overall house was great."

"My son stayed here for a summer internship (June-August). It was the perfect size for a single person. The neighborhood felt safe and I didn’t have to worry about him or his car. When the hurricane hit, the host was helpful when we contacted them. "

"The house is well arranged for couples and for a family. It worked well as a place to gather. The inside was quite clean and the manager communicated promptly and positively. The street is quintessential Montrose. The porch and front and back yards could use better maintenance but that did not affect the inside."

"Our stay was going great. Apartment did smell like smoke even though it stated no smoking facility but we managed. But on our last night (after 4 nights) we heard some beeping at the door and someone opened the door with a code number as we were sleeping. It was very scary because we were half asleep I just don’t understand how they were able to get a code to open the door while we were still there and had reserved the place until the next morning at 11:00 am. "They have always been so kind and the facility is always clean (and still is). I had to ask for towels and wash cloths the last couple of visits, which I found odd. But they didn’t question it and apologized. I will still return for my visits. Always clean, beds are so comfortable, room is spacious. Area is safe and easy access to medical center and eating places"
