"We enjoyed our stay for our anniversary! We like to have coffee in our room from the in room coffee pot and ours was missing but they replaced it with a different one. Our mini fridge didn't work as well but we didnt make a big deal of it."

"We left an electric in the room and the receptionist was kind enough to let us go back up for it. The breakfast was a little sad. The front sign being out made it a little hard to see the turn off from the frontage road. "

"My family and I recently stayed at the Hyatt Regency in downtown Houston for the first time and we were thoroughly impressed with all the amenities. The valet service was exceptionally quick in retrieving our vehicle. The hotel itself was stunning, and we were very pleased with our overall experience. "Great location for museums and Hermann park. Not many dining options nearby but hotel restaurant was fine. Room was very nice, we had a balcony room. However there was some noise from the public transportation system which runs along the road by the hotel"

"I have no idea why this place is rated a 2 Star hotel. This place is great. The best part, by far, is the bartender. He goes by “T”. A true professional, gentleman, mixologist, and vibe creator. I was here for work and literally looked forward to hanging with “T” after 14 hour days."
