"Would not recommend . We booked on the same day as check in, no one would answer the phone or let you into the property without 72 hours notice. We purchased the Villa for one night due to a flight cancellation, tried phoning multiple times and messaging before check in closed but no one would answer the phone. We couldn’t stay at the property because we had no information on how to get in. We were charged full price and no refund given, I suggest you book somewhere else that has better...

"I really don't know where to start regarding this property. I'll start by saying BEWARE! It is located in, what looks like, a poor community. Upon arriving I witnessed a guy on a bicycle at one of the other houses making an exchange through the fence. I honestly believe it was a drug transaction. It felt extremely unsafe, the neighborhood is NOT being updated, this property is the single & only home that has been renovated. "This home was awesome! A group of girls were in town for a conference and we booked this rental. We enjoyed the peace and quiet of the rooms and the backyard with the hot tub was much needed after a long day of learning."

"They have always been so kind and the facility is always clean (and still is). I had to ask for towels and wash cloths the last couple of visits, which I found odd. But they didn’t question it and apologized. I will still return for my visits. Always clean, beds are so comfortable, room is spacious. Area is safe and easy access to medical center and eating places"
