"Very happy with their Silkara Suites’ service. Check in/out was smooth and we also requested for slippers, which was delivered to our room quickly. One of the shower heads was leaking and couldn’t be used. We called the front desk and they replaced the shower head for us. Everything happened within 15 min and was impressed. Room and bathrooms were tidy and clean. The only thing that could have made it a better stay is probably being offered a room on a higher floor due to the noise. We stayed on...
