"Property was fine but the stairs to get to bedrooms were an issue. Loftt room also too difficult to get in to. If you have mobility issues i would avoid. Steps to bathroom steep but not really a problem for us. Locating was brilliant, so close to everything. Only real issue was the stairs. "

"We are thrilled with our selection of this home! A lovely mix of original architecture with modern touches. Very well located and public transportation just a few steps away. We loved having coffee in the morning outside on the terrace. Wish we were still there!"

"We had a lovely couple of days in this character filled property with incredible views. There was everything you could want in the kitchen (and more). The lounge area was comfy and we really enjoyed sitting on the deck for lunch. The master bed was incredibly comfortable. I loved Clareville. Such a picturesque area and the waterfront is practically on the doorstep. The boys also enjoyed the waves at Avalon beach which is only a few minutes drive away. I would highly recommend the Sundeck Cottage...

"Contrary to the Stayz entry there is no off-street parking, however parking on the street was reasonably easy (apart from Saturday night & market day). The apartment was very clean and provided a great space for a family."

"We had a great time staying as an extended family to celebrate a special birthday. The property manager, Col was fabulous and met us at the marina and spent time with us to show us around the property and explain how everything works- he’s a real gem! We had a great lunch at Peats Bite restaurant and their boat picked us up right out front of the property. Our kids enjoyed fishing and swimming off the dock and everyone enjoyed the spa. It was a lovely stay. "

"The property was well equipped, clean and had a great location. William was a fantastic communicator and was very welcoming. In walking distance to the beach, cafes and shops. Private parking was a huge bonus done as we had hired a car. The listing did tick the box for a hot tub but we are not sure if there was one for visitor use. Other than that we would highly recommend this property. "

"Staying at Careel Bay for 2 nights was a Christmas present for my son and family who were visiting me from the US. They thought it was wonderful, perfect for a small family, fabulously located for exploring and, most of all, for relaxing at the end of the day in the pool staring at the view. Simon was extremely helpful and the process went without a hitch. Heartedly recommend."

"Fabulous location. Gorgeous terrace house. Walk to circular quay, harbour bridge, Sydney CBD, Darling Harbour. Perfect for our weekend in Sydney. Will definitely be back. Negatives - mattress on bed in rear lower floor bedroom needs to be replaced. No one should try sleeping on springs."

"Every thing about Sydney Marriott Circular Quay was perfect! From Check in with the attention for detail and accommodations to check out, smooth and complete! Very clean, safe and conveniently located by the wharf and trams stations! Excellent breakfast and the Custom House Bar was perfect! And great combination of Sydney past and Marriott perfection! I HIGHLY recommend staying here!!"
