"This is absolutely not a 5star hotel. The connection room wasn’t isolated enough so we could hear the neighbours talking loudly around 3am! The charged us for a sparking water from the mini bar, which we didn’t take. The cleaners didn’t leave any other tea except the black one. The area too crowded and it was impossible to find someone to order a coffee. The worse experience ever! Thanks, Caroline "

"We loved our stay at the Shangri-La. The view from Blu Bar on the 36th floor was beautiful and our spa day at the Chi spa on Level 2 was amazing! I would stay here again in the future! "

"Very nice location. Breakfast area could be bigger or book times to spread out guests. They had just remodeled the lobby. Great rooms and quite. We actually syayed here twice 2 weeks apart."
