"Planned a trip into town to see Matt Rife. He ended up canceling his show, but we decided to come down for the weekend anyway. The place was beautiful, but smelled musty. We were told it had rained a lot and the basement which is where the rooms are located took in some water the week prior. We had to dump the dehumidifier quite a few times throughout the weekend. "We use VRBO 1 to 2 times a month as we require a lot of travel with our business. We are also in Nashville a lot so we have stayed in over 10 VRBOs. This home was absolutely perfect for us. Location to many of our favorite restaurants in East Nashville, easy drive to downtown, groceries just down the street. Home was very clean, loved the backyard and the beds slept great! We will absolutely stay here again. Host was wonderful."

"We stayed here for our first time in Nashville. We loved the space in the home—(with 4 adults and 3 kids) the beds, the location, and the easy parking and access to the house were appreciated. The park a block away was perfect for walks and the home owner was accessible with questions or comments."
