"Lots of good things about this property! It was clean, and had positives, like a stocked kitchen to cook, two bathrooms and the bed was SO COMFY! Downside -- clearly the people who stayed before us enjoyed some 18 activities, so the whole apartment smelled strongly of marijuana. The host tried to run an air purifying treatment but it still smelled pretty strongly. Besides that, I enjoyed my stay! "

"Location was good if you want to be near downtown. Had a small issue getting into the building, but management responded right away & fixed the issue. Clean studio, extra toiletries, tower fan, & iron & ironing board were nice touches. Bed was a bit uncomfortable & no curtains on the blinds in front of the bed made for a bright room at night with streetlights & then morning sunrise. "

"This place worked out very well for my stay in Peoria. It was convenient for getting to the highways, but also had a Kroger and Wal-Mart close by as well. The place was clean and had everything I needed, and my cat adjusted well to staying there for 5 days. I would definitely consider this place again to stay in Peoria."

"The property is nice but definitely an old building. Also the windows had cracks in them, bed wasn’t the most comfortable thing I’ve slept in but it gets the job done. Cleaning fees are a bit much on this property. There’s no central AC and only had two AC units which one of the bedrooms didn’t have one. And the door was hanging off the hinges. All of that can be good a side though. Check in process was easy, neighborhood was nice, location to Peoria was decent, it is equipment with everything...

"This was an adorable little house in a quiet neighborhood. The owner was responsive to my phone call. She listed the property as pet-friendly for dogs only and although the property was clean, it had pet hair on all cloth surfaces like couches, blankets, and rugs. The attic is quaint but was freezing! The outlets in the attic also didn't work but it is possible that they were attached to a light switch that we didn't notice. Thank you for a comfortable stay!"
