"Very cute bed and breakfast. The common areas are so beautiful and well cared for. Our room was spacious and the Bed was comfortable too. Bathroom has a great tub! Wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy more of the amenities! Staff was very friendly and helpful too! Highly recommend! "

"Great place to stay, close to town near restaurants and Walmart, and close to Echo Mountain Ski Resort. Enjoyed the hot tub and craft beer option near the fireplace. Felt like a nice home without anyone else there, although, we could hear others in their room but still quiet. Adults only. "

"We had the most perfect Thanksgiving holiday at this property. It snowed a couple of feet I think and the kids had so much fun playing outside in the snow then warming up by the fire. Location is perfect for hitting the slopes at Winter Park or hitting Frasier for dinner. Would definitely recommend for families or even a romantic getaway. "

"We had a very nice time during our stay at the Treehouse! The place is really well equipped in the kitchen, everything was so clean, the bed is very soft, and squish and it was a nice place to hang your hat. The furniture in the living room is very basic and not overly comfy, but you probably won't spend much time there. "Beautiful home in a great location. Just as described. We arrived during a snow storm which would have been lovely to experience in this well appointed home had we not had a schedule to keep with a wedding to attend. We wish we could have spent all 3 days in the hot tub, using the fire place and just viewing the beautiful setting. "I'll start by saying i should have been more aware of the location. We just didn't expect it to be twelve miles from Black Hawk, the last few miles on gravel. That's great if that's what you're looking for. But the pictures don't show the busy highway 150 yards from the patio. "Great to have a parking garage available along with ski lockers. Check in was with the Keystone office which made it easy and straightforward. Walkable to the Keystone gondola area. Above a small grocery store, coffee shop/pizza joint, all very convenient.The room was pretty standard but large enough for us. King bed was was very comfortable and plenty of pillows.
