"We stayed here for the weekend while visiting our son at CU and attending a football game. The location was within short driving distance of most things (Pearl Street, CU famous, Stadium) and the apartment is beautifully decorated. The space itself is large and accommodated 3 of us comfortably. Jess was very easy to communicate with, we had no issues at all. The neighborhood is quiet with lots of trails and parks. "

Starting with the setting, on a babbling creek in the middle of the mountains in a small town that brings you back in time a little in a great way! "This was a great spot -- very clean and well-appointed. Easy walk to great restuarants. Close to both Denver and Boulder. Nice owner. Only issue is that internet would be fine and then drop out unexpectedly about 10% of the time. The owner said they have fiber optic connection, so no idea what the issue was, but happened multiple times on Zoom meetings. Would definitely stay again if not working."

"The property manager was really nice and easy to get ahold of. The kitchen didn’t have very many cooking utensils to use. There also wasn’t much drawer space for your items. The location was 10-15 minutes from the center of downtown Denver and was also near a lake. Overall a pretty good stay!"
