"We had a blast! Blake was very accommodating in letting us check in early if we need and if the cleaning crew were out before 3. We didn’t need it though. The code for the outside common area was confusing as you have to punch in a lot of numbers but it wasn’t the owners fault. It makes it harder when you want to use the facility. "We needed a place that comfortably hosted 10 people near breckenridge. This place can only accommodate 6. It can technically accommodate 2 more on an awful hide-a-bed couch, but it's not possible for an adult to sleep on it. When we told the management staff that the owner lied in its listing, they agreed it should never have been listed for 10 and promised to help. They loaned us one inflatable mattress that worked, and one inflatable with a hole in it. We were left to fend for ourselves...
