"Our room was clean and comfortable. It was a good size and set up for a family as we needed. We were disappointed that the spa was closed, an odd decision to close the spa at the weekend when travellers are most likely to want to use it. Breakfast was a little underwhelming but plenty to choose from. The cereal packets were quite a long way out of date. The traffic was quite loud from our room at the front of the hotel. A room at the back would be much better to be able to sleep through. Just...

"Good hotel in a good location, my only real gripe was that it was exceptionally noisy with people slamming doors and shouting outside our room until 3am. Also the TV could do with replacing and the bedside light does work in my room 22.All in all we'll more than likely stay again."

"The room was perfect, staff polite and informative and we settled for a comfortable nights sleep. It was then apparent that the room opposite us had other ideas. From 10pm through to 3.30am there was constant loud talking and door slamming with a total disregrd for anyone else. I attempted to use the phone on several occasions to contact reception to inform whoever of the disrespectful behaviour. The phone was annoyingly not working and i therefore presumed reception was not manned. I...
