"Located at the airport, making it the most convenient hotel for someone making an overnight flight connection. A bit confusing to find the little subway tram which takes you to the hotel and upon exiting the tram there is no clear directional signage to the reception. Though I “checked in” online I still had to wait in line to check in, show ID and credit card. What’s the point of online check-in if one has to wait in line to check in again?
