"A stunning hotel conveniently located in the heart of Bath. Quiet and luxurious, and a perfect escape for couples. The bedrooms are impeccably clean, very spacious, quiet and comfortable. The spa is free to access between 8-10 am and 7-9 pm. We used the spa at 7pm, as did most other residents, however it wasn't too busy and was a lovely space to unwind before dinner. "Love this hotel, staff friendly and always helpful. Food great. Room clean and a good shower with plenty of hot water and good pressure. This is the 2nd time we stayed here and no complaints. Only 10-15 minutes walk from the centre of town"

"Hotel is lovely… but it lacked some of the 5 star touches we had in previous visits. Disappointed that the spa delayed its opening times without informing guesting which resulted in is having to cut our visit short "

"Staff friendly and attentive. Parking was a bonus. Easy walking distance to town and areas of interest. Would definitely recommend this hotel to people visiting Bath."

"A really beautiful property with well designed and decorated rooms. Staff were always willing to help, food and cocktails in the bar were excellent and we thoroughly enjoyed the onsite spa too. Parking is limited on site so its a little bit of a logistical challenge with two kids to use the public car park but its reasonably priced and not far away."

"Super room - immaculately clean and well presented. Shower - excellent! Full English and veggie breakfast hit the mark with a great range of pastries and cereals to complement this. Staff were friendly and helpful - would imagine any future visits to Bath would be spent staying here."

"A stunning hotel conveniently located in the heart of Bath. Quiet and luxurious, and a perfect escape for couples. The bedrooms are impeccably clean, very spacious, quiet and comfortable. The spa is free to access between 8-10 am and 7-9 pm. We used the spa at 7pm, as did most other residents, however it wasn't too busy and was a lovely space to unwind before dinner. The cocktail bar has a good selection of spirits and drinks, and the lounge is relaxing to to enjoy them in. Note hotel parking is £40/day (not £21 as per the advert); we paid for parking in Southgate which is safe and £18/24 hours (alternatively Park & Ride is £2/day). Overall this was a fantastic hotel and we would recommend and return. "
