"On arrival we were pleasantly surprised to be told that we had been upgraded to a Suite. We were then shown around the hotel (nice touch). The suite was big and amazing. The breakfast was first class, all served by smiling, friendly staff. We also used the Spa and would recommend it. The hotel is an easy 8 min drive into Bath central. Lovely gardens at the hotel to walk around. Plenty of free parking in the grounds as well. We would definitely stay again 👍"

"Amazing Location. Right across from train station. No taxi needed. Great front desk, very helpful. Tim was especially kind and sweet. Nice clean room, with nice shower, hair dryer and amenities. Tea and snacks appreciated."

"Facilities were great for a 3 star hotel on a budget, even included a free breakfast. Restaurant was closed on a monday but a literal 5 minute walk across the bridge is a nice pub restaurant"
