"You have to take into account Hood River Hotel’s historic nature. It isn’t a modern 5 star hotel but its charm brings it back to 5 star status. Staff was very friendly and courteous - they directed me just up the street to Tango Whiskey bar for “ the best burger in town “. I didn’t get a burger but opted instead for their prime rib French Dip. I’m 72 and it was hands down the best French dip I’ve ever had!"
