They are just reopened, and staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. We had dinner in the bar, and our Tri Tip salads were tasty and huge! Very happy an old family favorite destination has reopened!
All the pools and hot tubs were open along with the bar and restaurant. The outside hot tub was a little cooler than expected but hot tub inside pool house was plenty warm. Enjoyed the cold plunge. Had drinks and good food at the bar. We stayed a king room with hot tub which was clean and comfortable. Hot tub warmth was adjustable up to 104. Friendly staff. Great experience especially considering they just recently re-opened.
The property sits back in a quiet, secluded beautiful area. The facility is going to be very nice once renovations are completed. They just recently opened and renovations on some areas are still in process. The pool area was very nice. My wife got a lot of use out of the hot tub. There is a trailhead on the grounds that leads to several trails of varying length and difficulty. We went on one that ended with a fabulous view of the Gorge. We had a lovely stay and the staff were very friendly and eager to help.

The property has only been open a few weeks. I understand they're working out the kinks. We will give it another try when they've been open longer and all of the amenities are available.
Beautiful lodge and pool area. When booking my stay, there was no way for me to add a massage. When arriving, I was told that I can add a massage on their website, but it wasn't working. I walked down to the spa area and they told me that they were booked out tell Sunday and that I could take an apt for 3pm, although my checkout is at 11am. On Saturday around 11 am the resurant and bar were closed. So I had to travel somewhere else to eat. The rooms had comfy robes and the house keepers were nice.
It is messy back to the way I remember it after having been closed down. The only thing that was not great was the fish and chips and the “coleslaw” was not properly dressed. Other food was excellent. Staff was excellent and a massage by Jason was top notch. He made me feel comfortable right off the bat and was the best. They are obviously still working out some kinks but it was no big deal. So glad they are open again.

Walls too thin, could hear the neighbors bed squeaking. Restaurant was overpriced and mediocre. WiFi wasn't working during half of our stay and the pools were out of service so there really wasn't much to do. Not a lot of information given about the facilities during check-in. The only saving grace was the Jacuzzi in our room, we enjoyed that. To us it seems like a rushed opening, not enough training and figuring out the essentials.
We liked all the amenities except not everything was operating. Soaking tubs weren’t working and sauna got turned off around 6-6:30 even thought the area was open till 10. We couldn’t see any garbage cans anywhere, so any garbage had to be taken outside or in your room. One shared microwave in this shared kitchenette area, and it was really dirty and again no trash can. Some kinks still have to be worked out
Well I had it planned a month in advance for Valentine's Day getaway. They call the date prior to us checking in to tell us that the pool is down for maintenance. So they offered 2:45 minute soaks in the tubs. We get there and they tell us at the front that it is girls on one side boys on one side. It was super clean there was skeleton staff, which I take is because of the snow. The Valentine's dinner they advertised was $170 supposedly for two. It was only food for one. The bar staff was the highlight of the trip. Took forever to get the TV to work there was no phone directory. We only had one mirror in the room in the bathroom. There are no vending machines or ice machines you have to go to the bar if it's open. The stores close to the hotel, all close early. There was no staff at the spa when we went to cash in our vouchers for the soaks. So no aromatherapy and they didn't tell us that the heater for the tubs were out. So it was a adventure we made most of it I feel like they need to work on a few things maybe substitute for people that lost out of the soaking pools.

Paid for a Mountain View with a hot tub and didn’t get either of those. Had a patio table but no chairs. We were supposed to check in at 4 and our room wasn’t ready until almost 5.

Pool are needs to be cleaned up. Showers not working at the pool area and also not working in the locker room.
Water fountain in the pool area needs to be cleaned. Lots of calcium build up. Unpleasant to drink out of.
Grout area around the pool and the jacuzzi needs to be cleaned.
