"Good location. Unfortunately the property next door was undergoing renovation to it's exterior so Monday to Friday starting at 8am we heard construction noise."

"This was the perfect location for our stay. We were a 1 mile drive from Magic Sands Beach and 1 mile drive to local shopping, dinning and entertainment! While we chose to drive everywhere, the location is totally walkable to all the attractions. Also, before booking I read reviews, and apparently other condos do not have AC. This one DOES have AC. Which was a nice surprise. Parking was effortless with lots of spaces available. Communication with the owner was easy. One more thing to note- they...

"Property itself was very nice but the unit was older and was in need of some updates and repairs; cupboard doors did not close properly, stains and tears on sectional, ice maker broken on fridge etc… Also found nail clippings on the bathroom floor. Minor things, the pools and grounds were very nice though and we spent more time outside anyways."

"It’s a ground floor unit but a short walk for coffee in the cabana overlooking the ocean. The unit itself is wonderful, upgraded and clean. It has everything needed to be comfortable and enjoyable."

"1. The location is literally on the shoreline with continuous surf and great sunsets. No road/car noise with golf fairway on 1 side and the shoreline on the other side of building. 2. Very tastefully remodeled and furnished. Great beds. 3. On-shore breeze and multiple ceiling fans kept the apartment comfortable. 4. Well equipped with dishes, pans and small appliances. 5. The only deficiency was the lanai ceiling fan did not work. Knutson said they would address after our departure. "
