One item of concern was the air conditioning. We paid 20 per night during the booking, however the air conditioning was unable to cool the unit under 80 degrees Fahrenheit. "The villa is fantastic - spacious, well stocked, and very clean. It's very close to the Four Seasons resort which is a few minute golf cart ride. The management company was great to work with as well - they were responsive to all questions and helped with arranging for baby equipment rentals. Would definitely stay again!"

"The Condo has lots of wear. Things constantly broke...Fortunately the property manager was very responsive. Also there is no usable outdoor space. It has 2 porches but the highway noise is very loud making it uncomfortable to be outside. There is no available yard. There is no access to a pool."
