"We loved staying at Riptide. We had a little hiccup our first night when we reached but they were not only able to give us a refund for the room but also moved us to the room that we booked. I do encourage everyone to please make sure you arrange a check in and have a room number available if you are planning on arriving after 6p as the office is closed and its difficult to get a hold of someone.
