The hotel is under construction for renovations. The staff was very helpful, attentive and nice. Its location is perfect if you want to explore the Hollywood avenue by foot and just 15 mins away from the airport. I know that this hotel is gonna be great once renovations are finished.

I travel a lot and this was by far the worst hotel I've ever been to. The place was extremely dirty. It was a last minute booking for me and I would have paud anything to find a better place the night I arrived. The staff straight up told me that none of their rooms had heat in them and I should just turn the A/C off when I asked why there thermostats were not working so i can warm up the room because it was one of the few days a year in florida when it was 39 degrees outside. THIS PLACE SHOULD NOT BE OPEN DURING THE LEVEL OF CONSTRUCTION THATS HAPPENING ESPECIALLY IF YOUD LIKE TO SLEEP PAST 8am. They haven’t finished a single part of the construction. Everything is being worked on from the front steps to the lobby to the dry wall & floors to the parking to the doors to ALL of the amenities. We were told that they’ve been under construction for 3 years!!! This is a HUGE RED FLAG. One of the worst stays I’ve ever had
