"We enjoyed our stay! The location was great and the accommodations exceeding our expectations. We stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment with balcony. The apartment was spacious, sleeper sofa was comfy and the kitchen had everything we needed during our stay. Check in process was easy and communication through the chat feature in the sonder app was efficient. I would definitely stay here again."

"I was in town for work and this was a great little rental for 1 night. Most importantly, the room was quiet and the bed was comfortable for a good night's sleep. I appreciated the kettle and microwave, and the docking station came in handy. "

"I wish I knew of this property sooner. Saksham really made check in smooth with wonderful recommendations & a friendly smile always makes checking in after a day of travel a plus. The upgrades due to my Expedia status was a very nice touch. Great value for a gem downtown. "

Morning cup of coffee disaster

"Our stay was lovely. We loved our room on the 16th floor with water view. Everything was really lovely , except for coffee situation. There were so many flight attendants getting coffee, there was no room for regular people to be able to get a cup. When the swarms of flight attendants were off on their way, coffee station was a messy disaster and there was no more coffee left and the hotel neglected to refill it. That occurred both morning of our stay. Pan Pacific has lots of room for improvement when it comes to providing their guests with a cup of coffee in the morning as a good host would. "

"Great location for stadium. A bit more of a walk to central downtown and the waterfront, but there is a Skytrain station nearby. Some road noise but that’s to be expected in a city centre. Room had everything needed. Having a yoga mat in the room was a nice touch. "
