"Initially, I was nervous when I booked as there were no previous reviews at the time but Lily reassured me through the message board. We booked it late for a concert after finding all the downtown hotels had no occupancy - we sure were happy we took the chance and went with it!! The loft apartment was super cool, very clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay in downtown Vancouver while we took our two daughters (ages 12 and 14) to the P!NK concert. "We liked the place and great location for our needs. A couple things that would have made it perfect. First, when we arrived and rang the bell, nobody picked up the phone causing us to retry several times. Eventually someone exiting the building let us in but this was a rough way to start our visit. The Wi-Fi service in the unit was unreliable and often slow. And we discovered a moldy coffee filter in the coffee maker which turned us off from using it all together. rough way to start our visit."

Unit has amazing views (especially from the balcony), was clean/updated, in a secure building, and in a great location to explore. "The condo was clean and as advertised except we had to do some searching to find things like more dishes (they were clean but in the dishwasher) and we couldn't locate a can opener. Also one thing that wasn't clear was that the coffee maker was only K cups. If the host could either provide K cups or clarify that in the listing, it would have helped.
