"Overall great hotel. Breakfast is good. Amenities are good. Only complaint i have is lack of elevator. If you have bad knees this is a minus. I booked a loft without knowing the meaning of a loft, apparently it means the bedroom is on another level. You have to climb stairs to get to the bed. Another minus, is the noise from the hallway as people walk back to their rooms. The insulation for sound could be better. Other than that the staffs are very helpful and friendly. We borrowed the bike and biked around which is nice"

"My husband and I have stayed at this property every year for the past 4 years. We wouldn't stay anywhere else!The staff is the best that we have ever seen. They are so cordial and extremely helpful. They make us feel like family. We love the way that they make usn feel. The hotel is in such a great location. it is extemely clean and quiet. Plus it is within walking distance of the Ancient town of Hoi An. We received an upgrade to a beautiful pool view and enjoyed sitting on the balcony and taking in the views. The rooms are very well decorated and comfortable. We also enjoyed the free shuttle to the beach each and every day. Last but not least. is the amazing breakfast that has so many dishes to choose from. The food is truly top notch. We also ate dinner here several times and the food is all so wonderful. "Fantastic hotel needs a bit of work.the.climate plays havoc on the exterior but the staff work hard to keep it clean and tidy great services loved the movie theatre and the staff were beautiful spoke great english much better than my vietnamese so friendly and really enjoyed the conversations especially with ivy on reception viet in the dining room and the.other lasy supervisor.in the dining room her name escapes.me now. Thankyou so much for a wonderful stay"

"Really nice helpful friendly staff, hotel is in a good location close to everything and 20 minutes walk to old town. Good value for money, excellent breakfast choice with egg station but more varied selection of fruit each day would be nice. A comfy clean room and good complimentary toiletries, the beds were very comfortable. Relaxing pool area with nice greenery, also towels are provided. Bathroom quite small so could do with some shelving in shower area for toiletries and some hooks. "
