The staff did not speak a word of English had to use Google translate which was very challenging; we booked a 1 bed they put us in a 2 bdrm and made us move the next day as we were leaving for our outing. Communication was terrible practically abysmal. "I would be surprised to find a better value for your money in Hoi An. My room was immense, with everything I needed. And they always made sure to clean. Manage your expectations, this is a Homestay, not a hotel. So it's got a very cool family vibe to it. "I very much enjoyed my stay at Town Of Viet House Homestay! When I arrived, I was upgraded to a room with a balcony. My room was HUGE and very clean with a king size bed and AC. The hosts were very welcoming and helped me during my stay with advice on where to get good deals and helped me organise airport transfer. They also had bikes which guests are free to use. Location was perfect, overall great value. Would recommend to anyone visiting Hoi An."
