"A brilliant base from which to explore Hamburg, with shops and places to eat 10 minutes away. I ordered room service breakfast and had a breakfast in the restaurant. There was a choice to meet with all dietary requirements. The room was spacious and comfortable with tea and coffee making facilities. "Insgesamt war unser Aufenthalt gut. Schön wäre es gewesen, wenn bei Ankunft zumindest 2 Kaffeekapseln im Zimmer gewesen wären. Die Rezeption bietet sie an, auch einzeln, was praktisch ist. Die Dusche war etwas unentschlossen, was die Temperatur angeht, das schien abhängig davon zu sein, wie viele Menschen gerade duschen/in der Zeit geduscht haben. In der Umgebung gibt es nicht allzu viel, allerdings ist die U-Bahn nicht weit."
