"The hotel is located in front of Yokohama Bay. If your room is facing the bay, you will enjoy amazing view day and night. Many shops and restaurants are within a walking distance. "There is a grocery store at the base of the tower along with Bashamichi Station. There is a dedicated elevator to take you from B1F or 1F to 46F. The elevator takes a bit to get you to the lobby. The rooms are on 46F to 51F. The rooms are incredibly clean and sizeable. The views are great. The service at the hotel was some of the best I've seen so far. "Very comfortable and convenient place to stay in for a couple. The location is about 10 mins from Yokohama station so it was easy to locate. It is near a convenient store and it has a bath on the bottom floor! Clean, great staff that also accommodated us in English, and location is super convenient! Thank you!! "

"We chose this hotel because it was a stone-throw away from K-Arena, where Charlie Puth was playing. What a beautiful hotel, kind staff, spacious room, and delicious breakfast. Everything about our stay was perfect. And I was able to pick up my concert tickets from the front desk. Wonderful experience. Wish we could've stayed longer but we had a full itinerary in other areas. Worth it!"

"Lovely hotel only a few minutes from Shin Yokohama station. It’s also attached to a mall where you can get some shopping done. The breakfast buffet add on was affordable and the food options were great as well. Wish I woke up sooner to try more dishes! "

"We stayed in numerous hotels around the Japan including many many nights in Tokyo. This is one of the best stay we ever had!!! Convenient and short walking distance to Yokohama Station and restaurants. The room is spacious, spotless and the beds was very comfortable (even the sofa bed is more comfortable than other hotels in Tokyo). Amenity provided was of high quality and front desk service was excellent!! We will definitely come back here next time we visit Tokyo. "

Tiny room, but clean

"It’s in Ginza, so you can expect any rooms to be very very small - the room was indeed tiny, with barely enough room to open my suitcase. Saying that however, it is Japan, so there’s a good chance it’ll be clean and safe - which it was. The toiletries are in the lobby, you choose the ones you want before you get in the elevator. They give you laminated a4 instructions for help when you checkin, and in your room. The shower/bath-tub is half size, with a curtain and just about fits a toilet in there too. WiFi was good. The main issue is the lobby is very crowded and messy, due to many suitcases being stored/on show in already a very small area."

Easiest Part of Our Stay in Tokyo

"Read many reviews for many hotels in Tokyo and decided on Keio Plaza Hotel. Best decision ever! The hotel was beautiful, had lots to offer, and was centrally located to all the things we did in Tokyo. We had a room in the Premier Main Tower and a room in the South Tower. The main tower is newer or newly remodeled. The main tower is the way to go. The staff was amazing. Always cheerful and helpful. My husband forgot a piece of his CPAP machine and the concierge desk was wonderful in helping us get the piece locally. I would definitely recommend this hotel and if I ever come back to Tokyo, this is where I will stay."

"I highly recommend this hotel. Great location, close to restaurants and activities, clean, very comfortable and clean rooms. I know several people going to Tokyo and I told them they must stay here! Staff was so very helpful, both checking in and out. When I checked out, the lady helping me, Bell Hayashi, was exceptional - she called a cab for me, helped me plan how to get to the airport-discussing several different options, carried my bags to the cab, and overall was so patient and just wonderful. The hotel is lucky to have her as an employee. 5 Stars to her. I had a great experience at this hotel and would not stay anywhere else, due to the exceptional service here."
