"Public transport very close, there was an Express train from the airport to the city and from there it was easy to move to other locations via subway."

Public transportation is right outside the door, and there's a wide variety of restaurants just across the street at Westfield, one of Europe's largest shopping centers. What truly impressed us, however, was the exceptional staff. They were the friendliest, most supportive, and most accommodating hotel reception team we've ever encountered. "Suited my purposes very well. Convenient for U4 U-Bahn line. Building work in connection with reconstruction of the Pilgramgasse U-Bahn station makes the surroundings a bit messy at the moment. When construction work is complete the station will serve both underground line U4 and the extended U2."

"I had to book here last minute when I couldn't get into my usual hotel in Vienna. This wouldn't have been my choice for an "authentic" Austrian experience. In fact, it's straight out of Reagan Era America and not aging well. But the room was clean, food was good, safe was fabulous! GREAT people work there."

"Really nice hotel away from the crowds of the city center. The palace gardens are literally across the street and the subway stop is right on the corner. It’s very convenient. I had a premium room and it was very spacious and the bathroom was huge. The included breakfast is substantial and is very good. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The only caution is to remember that Austria is very strict about running AC. It shuts off at night if the outside temperature drops below a certain point. You can’t turn it back on. Opening windows is a must. However, if it becomes warmer at night, the AC will continue to run. Just a heads up since Americans are not used to this. Overall, we were very pleased and highly recommend this hotel."

"Great breakfast. The staff were nice. The only problem was that it got to be in the upper 80s two of the nights I was there and there's no AC. With the window open, it was fine, but difficult to fix the drapes to cover the window so I didn't awaken at 5 am!"
