"Stayed for 4 nights. I had read numerous reviews commenting on the property, how clean it was and how friendly and helpful the staff were. Everything I read was correct and with the tram stop just outside the front door it is only a few stops to connect to the subway…incredibly convenient. Would stay there again and certainly recommend it "

"Our room was spacious and clean, with plenty of storage space for our luggage. The bathroom was clean with a good shower. The room was quite hot, even with the aircon on and the noise from the road outside meant it wasn't practical to have the window open, so we didn't sleep brilliantly. The location was good with amenities nearby and good transport links, but it's quite a long walk to the historic centre of Vienna."

"Very friendly and helpful staff who spoke excellent english. Great restaurant with delicious food. Nice sized rooms. Only complaint is the mattress was too hard for my liking and the bathroom floor smelt bad. I suspect the mop the cleaning staff uses is getting old and stinky. Overall great hotel for the price with a nice walk to the main part of the city. "
