"A last minute getaway exceeded our expectations! We wanted an affordable getaway with peace and quiet as well as the opportunity for daytime hiking and coffee on the patio. This property delivers!Everything was exactly as we needed. We brought a lot of our own food and drink and had plenty of storage and options for cooking/heating things up. It was also so convenient to be able to go to nearby LeRoy to get some items we forgot. If you are not used to well water be sure to bring your own...

"This is a quaint little cabin. It’s exactly as listed. The communications with the host were great. They accommodated an early check in, so we were able to make it to our event. They also provided many extra little amenities that you don’t normally find. We especially appreciated the firewood for a cozy evening in!"

"Overall, it was a great place and I highly recommend it. It would have been a solid 5 if it had WIFI and was a little cleaner. The place has a very rustic charm but there were somethings that were disappointing like needing to wash any dishes before we used them. My wife was like, “If the host is a guy, he’s probably the one who cleans this place…and decorates.” Again, loved it and would stay again. "
