"Great Hosts, very gracious, very helpful, very accommodating and Trisha was quick responding to any questions I had. I did not get to spend much time at the property on my trip, but would definitely stay at the Washhouse again. Host displayed many personal touches that were thoughtful and memorable. The house is clean and well equipped including the kitchen with many complimentary items to get you through early mornings (such as I had being in town on business) or perhaps a late night arrival....

"Overall the stay was good. Had issues with accessing the property because the battery on the lock was dead and had issues with the internet router being out of date. Also the tub in the master bedroom does not have a switch to turn on the sauna. Other than that, the property was what we expected."

"The house was super comfy, very clean, and kitchen was well equipped, if a little disorganized. The bedrooms could have used some lamps, and the lighting was kind of low with several burnt bulbs. There was an issue with the hot tub, and after a call to the property manager it was fixed within an hour, which was great customer service. Would definitely consider staying here again if I find myself out that way again. Although I am still awaiting the credit of my security deposit…"
