I have stayed at this place last year and the condo I stayed at was wonderful. Everything was new and the fireplace was very easy to use. This time the condo I stayed in was really old looking. The furniture was old, fireplace didn’t work and there was spots on the walls that needed to be painted. This condo didn’t feel like it fit with the rest of the resort. Kinda disappointed.

They definitely need a makeover. The rooms are big tv screens are small and the tv’s don’t work at all. The room size we stayed at does need at least a 45-50 inch screen. Their bathrooms need a makeover as one of the sinks had a crack. The dining options should be more. They get all kinds of ethnic people and food is just available at their four restaurants. Lighting is an issue as well. At least have brighter lights in the balcony and/or patio area. We are in a forest after all.

Do not waste your time or money on this place. The food and options are absolutely horrible. I was locked out of my room the entire last day of my stay. Maintenance came and supposedly fixed the issue with the door, but they never did. Every time I needed to get into my room I had to go find security and wait each time. It took a half an hour or more. None of the staff are on the same page, nobody seems to have info that you need and everything is based around getting your money. There is no true quality to this resort. I sent an email directly to them and regards to my dissatisfaction and never heard back from them. Do not be fooled by the pretty pictures on Expedia that is not the experience you were going to have.
