"We had an excellent stay and made some great memories at Massanutten with friends. Amanda was fabulous from beginning to end. We couldn't of asked for a better host. She even went above and beyond providing items such as snacks, toiletries etc. The mattresses were so comfortable and location was perfect. We cannot waig to stay again! "

"This house was everything it promised and more! Our stay was fantastic and the host was so communicative and helpful. With the house being only a couple minutes away from the massanutten ski lodge and all other massanutten resort activities, it made scheduling and travel a breeze. One thing I would mention is that if you plan to be here in the snowy season, make sure your car can handle the steep incline of the surrounding roads and the driveway. Would absolutely book again! "

"Family "snow" vacation; skiers, snow boarders, and tubers all had great time. We even had a couple of teens spend the day at the water park. House was very convenient and clean. Unfortunately the photos of the rooms are old. Living room only had seating for 3 people and there were only 2 dining room chairs that could be moved to provide more. No air hockey, but there was the addition of a PacMan video game. There was plenty of dishware, but very few glasses. All in all a good experience, but...

"This place was perfect for our family ski trip. All accomodations were very comfortable. The location was very accessible to the slopes and everything around the resort. The kids had a great time in the basement area and it allowed for the younger ones to go to sleep before the older. They provided everything we needed for our trip. Highly recommend this home for your next trip."

"We had a wonderful time in Massanutten during our Christmas holiday. Matt & Katie have the house set up nicely with good sleeping beds & plenty of toys & activities downstairs in the playroom for the kids to do. The TV in the downstairs room was a great asset for the family to hang out together & watch a movie. Matt was quick to reply to any of our needs & we would recommend their home for your mountain visit for sure! "

"This house was wonderful! It had everything you needed for your stay, to include, paper towels, laundry detergent, cleaning supplies, kitchen tools, family games, etc. Literally, all you need to bring are food and clothing. If you're traveling with a multi-generational group, this is the house for you. My husband and mom loved the shuffle board and connect four game Just book it!"

"We enjoyed our stay! The kitchen was very well equipped and there was plenty of room to spread out. The beds were mostly comfortable and the only issue we had was with how chilly the downstairs was without lighting the gas fireplace. However, the host quickly responded when we inquired about this and offered to have someone come light the pilot light, This house offers a lot for families and is priced reasonably. "We recently stayed at this property over Thanksgiving with our family of 10 and our dog, and it was absolutely perfect! The house was spotless and had everything we needed to feel at home. The kitchen was very well-equipped, making it easy to prepare our holiday meals. It had everything we could have asked for.The kids loved spending time in the game room, which kept them entertained for hours. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and we all slept so well. "The location in the resort was great! The open living, dining and kitchen worked out great for a group. The online photos and description made it difficult to determine sleeping areas prior to arriving. The bunk room is two sets of double bunks. The bedroom on the lower level was very tight quarters with the lower level being cold. It was very helpful that soaps, toiletries, paper towels, trash bags and dishwashing supplies were provided. "We loved our stay here. The property was super clean and quiet. The hot tub and grill both worked as advertised. One thing worth mentioning is that the last mile of road in is a single lane, gravel road, that not only crosses through what appears to be a creek but is also quite steep and rocky. While we managed in a Tesla model 3, I wouldn’t advise it, particularly if it is wet. "

"Apartment was large, comfortable and clean. It had all the utensils and items needed to feel right at home. The surrounding area was also clean and safe… check in was a breeze and so was checkout including checkout instructions. Would definitely stay there again."

"The property itself was fine. The tv would not work and it took 3 calls to maintenance. Once they got it on, it kept skipping and freezing every 10-15 seconds for the remainder of the visit. So trying to relax was immensely frustrating, especially with 3 kids wanting to chill and watch tv. "

Perfect refuge from a storm

"I was forced to get off the interstate by a snowstorm. The Clarion Pointe Hotel was a great (mostly lucky) choice. I picked it for its location and the reasonable price. The lobby and breakfast room were spacious and pretty and the room was all I needed. All the the staff were very friendly. Special shout-out to Laura at the front desk who helped me with all my requests - from needing mayo and plastic utensils for my meals, to opening the blinds in the breakfast room so I could watch the snow fall. The breakfast fare was standard but good. And again, the two women that were working there were very nice. Highly recommend!"
