"This cottage was in a charming location with a creek out back, lovely grounds, and total privacy. We stayed in the late fall; it must be even better in the spring or summer. It is the best-equipped -i.e., amenities - of any place we’ve ever stayed. Comfortably furnished. Nice appliances. Would happily return. "

"I stayed here for a quick overnight stop during my ski trip and it was perfect for what I needed. I arrived around 8 PM and left by checkout time. The two bedroom unit was spacious and comfortable with my room being well decorated and featuring a huge bathroom. The bed was super comfy, and the vanity was great for getting ready. The only thing I suggest is adding a mirror in the second room as my friend noticed it was a bit lacking and decoration. The shower in my room was large with two shower...

"This cute little cottage has just about everything you need for a warm, countryside visit. It’s very close to both Harrisonburg and Staunton. Even with my tall stature of 6’6” I was comfortable in this cottage. The family hosting the property is very warm and inviting while also being non invasive of your space and privacy, I would definitely stay here again!"

"This cottage was the perfect place for us! It's in a very quiet neighborhood near a park that has a trail by the river and plenty of picnic tables. There is a grocery store nearby, good restaurants and just about anything else you would need. The house was spotless and we arrived to find snacks, and milk, eggs and butter already in the fridge. We highly recommend!"
