The upstairs shower had only hot water. The downstairs shower had only cold water. There was inadequate seating in the living room for the number of occupants staying there."

Any question we had was quickly answered by our host. The house was very close to Bryce ski resort where we all enjoyed skiing, snowboarding, tubbing, etc. Perfect holiday experience!"

"The place is pretty neat to stay in, really a wide open space. The only issue I have is at night you can hear the air and plumbing due to it being a basement, but you get use to it. The views are beyond believe in the morning. Be sure to follow the directs to get there and arrive prior to sunset to help you park your vehicle. I would recommend this to a family for the game room and the wide open space. "

The house was in a great location on the edge of Lost River State Park, so trails were nearby and it was very secluded feeling. House was super clean, good space and layout, we liked the fireplace and pool table. House is pretty well appointed (bring your own dish and laundry detergent--that wasn't totally clear in the amenities)--and number and range of dishes and cooking utensils is limited.
