"We love the Citizen M concept of small but cleverly designed, comfortable, high-tech rooms and welcoming, hip public spaces. The Chicago location could not be better located, right on Michigan avenue easily. Walkable shopping in the Riverwalk. The hotel is spotlessly clean. The staff we encountered at check-in and in the breakfast and bar areas were friendly, welcoming, and helpful. We came for a friends trip, booked multiple rooms, but always had easy comfortable spots to get together in the lounge. Lounge. Breakfast was $20, and much better anticipated. I have also stayed in the citizen M in London, and based on those two stays, I'd confidently book a Citizen M any time."
