"Nice and clean"

"Everything about the East Austin Hotel was amazing. My only complaint would be the water pressure in the shower. It was a dribble at best. I did not bother to call maintenance as we were only there for two days."

"Extremely clean, beautiful room and GREAT location! There is some local bars/entertainment nearby in walking distance. You can hear the music at night but it last much past 10:00 pm or so. I'll definitely stay here again!"

"Perfect for 1 night stay. Lobby and common areas are shared with Thompson Austin. Staff were helpful, pool patio bar was great for a drink, and room was very efficiently designed. It was a bit loud on a Friday night, but there were ear plugs provided on the side table. "

"I was very pleased. The lady at checkin helped secure me a ground level room because of my knee disability and the fact the elevator was not working at the time. She even gave me handicap parking right outside my door. They gentleman checking me out allowed me to keep my car in the parking garage for the morning. "

"Overall wonderful experience, and very helpful staff. The roof top pool was beautiful, but had no elevator access. It could only be reached via 2 flights of stairs. Walking with a cane after knee replacement surgery made this very difficult, and would have been impossible for anyone wheelchair bound. The rooms were great, but not restocked daily, no soap at the bathroom sink, no extra toilet paper left in room, trash can was left full after the room was refreshed, etc. "
