"Overall a very positive experience. Communication with Bob W team was very efficient and pleasant. Very nice studio lay-out however I would have wished to have been made aware that tge window just overlooks a narrow wall enclave - so no natural light or view. Complimentary coffee waa very nice and the 19-69 wash and shampoo were lovely. This is a great value for money place if you need to be a walk from the city. "

"Middle floor bathroom ran out of loo roll, was mouldy, and had no pole for the shower head to be held in. Lower floor had no loo roll. Bedroom was old and a bit knackered and it was a mattress not worthy of a student pad. The communal areas are filthy, despite being charged a “cleaning fee”. Room had three electric heaters on the floor, two of which are wall mount heaters. Floor had holes where the wood had separated. I’m truly shocked this site has this as an option."

"Apartment in terrible condition. Door handles hanging off and didn't work, toilet wouldn't flush, windows didn't shut fully or lock so lots of traffic noise. Dirt on the ceiling above the shower. Was filthy, mouldy and smelly throughout and agent requested an additional £40 cleaning fee in advance. One towel that was dry and crusty. "

"This apartment is fantastic! The owner makes it easy. He is flexible and let us make a couple of necessary modifications. It is spacious and immaculate. The neighborhood is fun and lively for nightlife. He also adds small touches like having coffee, tea and sugar ready plus oils and items for cooking. A laundry is available. "This was a last minute booking and it was absolutely amazing. The room looked just like the photos, so beautiful. Hotel is secure and really clean. The 2 ladies at the reception were so warm and friendly. Giving a 4 star rating because there wasn’t any luggage trolley and I had to get all my suitcases to my room by myself. Also check out time is 10 am, which is quite early. They also didn’t send me anything for my birthday."
