"It was an absolutely amazing stay at the Regency for my wife, 5 year old daughter and me. Safe and cozy neighborhood close to the tube and convenient corner stores. Only downside was the lack of consideration from other users who appeared to forget that people might sleep at night time. "The lock was not working. So I stayed outside of the apartment for over one hour. It was very stressful. After jumping through many many hoops, calling, emailing, trying to open a different box (which was stuck) in order to get the master key, I got it and got in. This room is very small. But private. Very good location. Nice warm temperature. Very big tv. Nice bathroom. Very nice double/queen bed. Nice beddings. Kitchen. Fridge. The location was extremely good. "
