"This was a last minute booking and it was absolutely amazing. The room looked just like the photos, so beautiful. Hotel is secure and really clean. The 2 ladies at the reception were so warm and friendly. Giving a 4 star rating because there wasn’t any luggage trolley and I had to get all my suitcases to my room by myself. Also check out time is 10 am, which is quite early. They also didn’t send me anything for my birthday."

"Another excellent stay at the Cove in Canary Wharf - great base for a few weeks in London. However it is time they begin replacing their mattresses - ours was particularly uncomfortable. Folks considering this hotel should also be aware that the building (one of the highest in London) creaks considerably when it is windy which can make it hard to get a good night’s sleep - fortunately we only had a couple of windy nights."

"Alexander welcomed us straight away as soon we walked in with a smile on his face, he also checked us in as it was quite busy at the reception desk. "I would highly recommend Hotel Saint! The location is perfect because it’s right next to the train station so you can easily get to all of the sights. All of the staff were extremely friendly and I would definitely stay here again. The room was clean, cozy and the bed was comfortable. There’s also a convenience store and a pharmacy right across the street. My only complaint would be the breakfast. I added it for both days we were there and wish I hadn’t. The first morning our table had a view of the kitchen and I watched the man in the kitchen grab the prepared pancakes with his bare hands, instead of with gloves or tongs, and put them on the plate. I didn’t have any appetite to eat there with my daughter the second day of our stay. Other than that, a perfect stay."
