"I was recently on a trip that I ended up staying at multiple different hostels and this one was hands down the best for comfort. The location is a bit out of the way but easy enough to get to a train station or walk over towards Tower Bridge. But the room spacious as well as the ensuite shower and toilet. Having the lock box in the bed made it easy to have my phone and other belongings I wanted close right there. The bed was comfortable and the personal fan and bed shade were nice touches. I...

"Family of six - spent one night. Very clean, safe and quiet. Absolutely wonderful and extremely helpful staff, from the front desk to the kitchen workers. Flexible policies, allow you to store luggage for hours before and after checking in. Bus right across the street. This was a pleasant surprise!!!"

"It’s situated right near a busy street and a night club so it’s very noisy. I stayed during a heat wave and was on the third floor and there weren’t even shades for all of the windows to keep the sun out, so at night time it was so hot and muggy. Just overall not a very nice place to stay. Didn’t find the staff overly friendly either. But it was the cheapest accommodation I could find with short notice for my time, so I guess you get what you pay for. Had some regret I didn’t splash out a bit...

"False and hidden fees when checking in, run down location, no grocery store near by, willingly un helpful and clueless staff, dirty room, horrid beds (I think prison beds would most likely be better) Hidden binding conditions about refunds. extra charges on every thing imaginable and felt very unsafe from the moment I walked through the door I lost time, money, and almost my passport (they expect you to leave your passport with them as ransom for their key) "

"We had an amazing stay- first time visiting UK. Loved Canary Wharf area, full of modern hi-rises and modern art, along the river and the Cove Landmark Pinnacle was the perfect place for our “home base” during our 4 day visit to London. It was so convenient to travel around London using the nearby underground. Great restaurants and the staff was so nice and accommodating! We will definitely be coming back to explore more of London and to once again enjoy Canary Sharf! Thanks so much for...

"The ambience of the hotel was warm, comfortable, and inviting. I guess it can be described as slightly modern, but with rustic wooden decor. The bar, coffee shop, and work area downstairs seemed a popular place for people to hang out and/or work on their laptops. We found our room to be spacious. We had two full/queen sized beds with room for a table and a couch that extended along one wall. The bathroom was modern/clean and the water pressure and heat coming from the shower was excellent. The beds were comfortable enough and on the firmer side. We did appreciate the water refill stations located near the elevators. The slight negatives were that the water heater in the room for making coffee did not work. There was really nowhere to place your luggage other than on the floor. We ended up using the ironing board. The noise coming from inside the hotel was minimal, but the noise coming from the street was more significant, especially depending on the type of cars passing by. Overall, we very much enjoyed out stay at One Hundred Shoreditch."
