"Area was quiet but the smoke area was very small and always full as only 4 could fit inside. Later found a smoke area outside of the hotel and down the escalators. Thought the hotel would be a bit nicer for the price point but the staff were super friendly."

"The property was great , just the staff in the breakfast buffet were not refilling food efficiently. It’s a small breakfast area so it’s not hard to refill the food efficiently, considering it’s a small crowd of guest eating. At closing time of buffet , I noticed staff were putting away a lot of leftover foods. It’s just a different experience in other hotel that we stayed in where the serving plates were always refilled efficiently. "

"The staff was excellent. They were very friendly and competent, meeting all of our needs, including shipping items to different locations in Japan. 7-11 convenience store was next door and Kanda train station was less than a ten-minute walk away. "

"Very convenient location within walking distance from three train stations with a lot of restaurant and izakaya options nearby. The staff are very friendly and helpful! Only downsides to note would be the room was a bit dusty and both the bed and pillows were on the firmer side. Other than that, the hotel was amazing and I would recommend staying here!"

"Comfortable, clean, and easy hotel to stay in! Staff were kind and helpful and the area is a quiet getaway from busy days in Tokyo. There are many cute shops and cafes nearby, as well as a very close train station to get to other areas. Highly recommend! "
