"I had booked 2 rooms for 8 family members that were here from Ohio for my Moms 90th surprise Birthday party. They left a gift in the room that was in a birthday bag with tissue paper and bows. You could clearly see it was not garbage. They drove about 10 minutes away they called the hotel and were told the room was cleaned and no package was found.
